| 1 | small | head lettuce | diced |
| 1 | each | cucumber | peeled, sliced |
| 1 | small | green papaya | seeded and julienned |
| 2 | each | tomatoes | cut into wedges |
| 4 | tablespoons | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 4 | tablespoons | cilantro | chopped |
| 4 | tablespoons | peanuts | roasted and crushed |
| 2 | each | red chili peppers | julienned |
| 1/4 | cup | lime juice | |
| 1/8 | cup | soy sauce | |
| 2 | teaspoons | sugar |
In a large salad bowl, arrange in layers the lettuce, cucumber, papaya, tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
In a small bow, mix together the peanuts, chilies, lime juice and soy sauce.
Pour over the salad, toss and serve.

This Stuffing is great! You also can add other things to it to make it taste real good like celery,red onions chop fine, and also add some Mild sausage would be great with this and add little salt and pepper and bake for 1/2 to 45 min. at 325 I dont use milk to this. I add beef stock instead
