| 1/4 | cup | butter | |
| 1 | pound | powdered sugar | |
| 2 | cups | graham crackers | crushed |
| 2 | cups | almonds | sliced or ground |
| 2 | cups | coconut | |
| 4 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 4 | teaspoons | almond extract | |
| 15 | drops | food coloring | red colouring to make cookies pink |
Minnie Pearls
1) Cream butter add sugar and mix well.
2) Add crackers, almonds, coconut, almond extract, vanilla, and food coloring to butter mixture.
3) Mix well.
4) Spread into greased baking pan and place in fridge.
5) When firm, cut into squares and serve with ice cream or just eat cookie.

Excellent! When I was making the recipe though, I found that there didn't seem to be enough oats, so I doubled the measurement. It turned out great. JB
