| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda |
Combine first three ingredients; mix well.
Add flour and soda and again mix well.
Make small balls, flatten by criss-crossing with a fork dipped in flour.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
Note*
No eggs, milk or butter, but instead real mayonnaise gives them a delightfully different taste!
This cookie is surpirsingly very good you would never know that there was mayonnaise in them.. they tase more like sugar or peanut butter cookies to me.
