| 1 | cup | mangos | cut into pieces |
| 1 | cup | banana | sliced |
| 1 | cup | pineapple, fresh | fresh, cut into pieces |
| 1 | cup | avocado | cut into pieces |
| 1 | cup | oranges | cut into pieces |
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt, non-fat | |
| 3 | tablespoons | sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | orange juice | |
| 1 | dash | salt | |
| 1 | x | coconut | fresh, grated (optional) |
Cut fruit into serving pieces and mix together. Mix salad dressing made from yogurt, sugar, salt, and orange juice. Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly. Cover fruit salad and place in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh grated coconut just prior to serving.
Serves four.
This soundslike an unusual combination! It was a big success with my family. They thought it was just delicious!
