| 1 | each | lemon | juice and rind |
| 3 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 3 | large | eggs | separated |
| 1 1/2 | cups | milk | hot |
| 1 | each | pie shell (9 inch) | 9 inch, unbaked |
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add flour, salt, lemon juice and grated rind.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
When do you add the cup and half of milk????????

very filling and good I think it's could use bit more spiciness but all in all it was good i give this dish a 4 star rating
