Ingredients

12 ounces beef lean
4 cups tomatoes seeded, chopped
1 1/2 cups sweet bell pepper chopped
1 cup onions chopped
1 cup celery chopped
6 ounces beans cooked, drained
1 each garlic clove minced
1 teaspoon oregano dried
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
3 cups rice cooked
2 1/4 ounces cheese shredded
18 each olives pitted

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except rice, cheese, and olives.

Cover and simmer over low heat 25 minutes. Stir in rice, heat through.

Divide chili among 6 individual serving dishes; top each with equal amounts of cheese and sliced olives.

Whole Wheat Blueberry Bars

I think this is really a nice recipe for blueberries, we reduced the sugar, useing about half of the amount, the bars turned out a little bit soft, but still very good, my husband loves these whole wheat blueberries very much, and gave us extra fibre.
