| 2 | cups | turkey | cooked, cut up |
| 1 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | finely chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | sage | ground |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | poultry seasoning | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1 1/4 | cups | milk | |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) |
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inch. Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in plate.
Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake till knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.

Very good-- complements all over. I added a pack of frozen chopped spinach to the mix and it made the dip even better!
