| 1 | cup | pear juice | or nectar |
| 1/2 | cup | orange juice | |
| 2 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 6 | medium | pears | peeled, halved, cored |
| 1 | x | lettuce | |
| 1 | x | cottage cheese |
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan; stir in juices.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves; spoon a small amount of cottage cheese into cente of each.
Spoon fruit dressing over each pear.
