Ingredients

2 cups hot cocoa mix
1 cup instant coffee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. For individual servings, boil water, put 2 to 3 teaspoons in your cup then add water. Stir and ready to drink. You can add a festive touch by adding whipped cream on top sprinked with cinnamon or nutmeg.

I think Id lost my mind if I didnt have this recipe! hehe! This is the most outstanding mocha coffee mix that I have ever had! Im in Arizona and you can use it after you make it in cup of hot water and use it for ICE COFFEE in Summertime!!! excellent stuff!

Oatmeal Chip Cookies/The Dessert Show

I've been bringing these cookies to a Christmas cookie exhange for 2 years now, and in each of those years they've been voted hands down the winner (amongst a large group of contenders). They are crunchy and chewy at the same time, and the chocolate and coconut melt in your mouth in the best possible way. I've always omitted the pecans, but I imagine that would put them right over the top!
