| 2 | tablespoons | white vinegar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | ginger | minced |
| 4 | teaspoons | soy sauce | japanese style |
| 1 | cup | radishes | julienned |
| 1 | cup | cucumbers | julienned |
| 4 | cups | iceberg lettuce | shredded |
| 2 | teaspoons | cilantro | or parsley, minced fresh |
Mix first 5 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Combine radishes, cucumber and 3 tablespoons dressing; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss lettuce with cilantro in large bowl.
Pour radish mixture and remaining dressing over lettuce; toss lightly to combine.
