Ingredients

1 large onion chopped
1 tablespoon butter
4 each pork chops
1/2 can soup, cream of mushroom
1 cup sour cream
1 x black pepper to taste

Directions

Saute the onion in the butter until transparent.

Add chops to skillet and brown on one side.

After turning, add the mixture of soup and sour cream.

Turn down heat and cover.

Cook 20 minutes, more or less depending on thickness of chops.

Top with lots of freshly ground pepper.

The sauce makes a kind of gravy which I serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This was exactly what I was looking for...the traditional recipe for a moist, delicious cake. My 12-year-old daughter made it for her birthday. We thought it was awesome! We also used less powdered sugar (3/4 pkg). No wonder it won a blue ribbon!!
