Ingredients

2 pounds beef
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 each chili mix brown bag

Directions

Brown your meat.

Add tomato sauce. Add water by filling can twice right out of tap.

Mix thoroughly while adding large packet of seasonings.

Now, let simmer for 10 minutes.

Need thickening? Masa flour gives extra flavor, so mix with water and add slowly.

Hotter and spicier? Add some or all of small packet of cayenne to suit your taste.

Slippery Sam's Cowboy Chili

This chili supprised me. I lived in south Texas for 30 years and thought I had learned from the best. Slippery Sam turned out really good. I did doctor it up a tad, w/ twice the peppers and more garlic. It will be even better the second warming.
