Ingredients

1 package gelatin, flavored, sugar-free any flavor
8 ounces cream cheese (light) light or nonfat
1 package whipped topping, sugar-free prepared as per package directions
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
22 packages sugar substitute
7 tablespoons margarine from sticks

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 c warm water. Set aside to cool. Mix together 6 pkg sweet/low and graham cracker crumbs. Add melted margarine. Press 2 c of crumb mixture firml;y into 9 x 13 pan. Reserve rest for top. Cream 16 pkg sweet/low with cream cheese. Stir in prepared whipped topping. Pour mixture over crust and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Chill 3-4 hr. Also freezes well. ( 37 calories per square), Makes 36 squares.

Applesauce Banana Bread

VERY delicious! My children devoured it, and couldn't tell a difference between this and more fattening versions. I added 2 Tbl flax meal for more nutrition, and put in 3/4 c. applesauce since I only had 3 bananas, and it turned out wonderful! I will be making this again soon!
