Ingredients

5 squares chocolate
3 package cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream dairy

Directions

Prepare Vanilla Cookie Crust: press mixture evenly onto pan.

Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling, water; cool.

Preheat oven to very slow.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl Stir in cooled melted chocolate and sour cream until blended.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated very slow oven for 1 hour and 45 min.

Turn off heat; let cake cool in oven with door ajar.

Remove from oven to wire rack; cool to room temperature; refrigerate.

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if you wish.

Bread Pudding made with French Bread

I had never made bread pudding before and I found this recipe to be easy to do. Also this was the first time I ever ate bread pudding and it was delicious. I plan to make this a regular dessert, its fast, easy and very good.
