Ingredients

1/2 pound cheddar cheese grated
4 large eggs beaten
12 ounces artichoke hearts quartered, marinated, reserved, chopped
6 each scallions, spring or green onions diced
6 each uneeda biscuits
2 tablespoons parsley leaves minced
1/2 each garlic clove minced
1 dash red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
1/8 teaspoon oregano
1 x salt and black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8x8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes.

Cool in pan and cut into small squares.

Reheat at 325 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes.
