| 1/2 | pound | cheddar cheese | grated |
| 4 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 12 | ounces | artichoke hearts | quartered, marinated, reserved, chopped |
| 6 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | diced |
| 6 | each | uneeda biscuits | |
| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | minced |
| 1/2 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1 | dash | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | oregano | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8x8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool in pan and cut into small squares.
Reheat at 325 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes.
