| 3/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 1/4 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | ounce | chocolate unsweetened | unsweetened square |
| 2 | teaspoons | butter | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| Topping | |||
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | white |
| 4 | tablespoons | cocoa powder | |
| 1 | cup | coffee | cold |
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Melt chocolate and butter in a 9x9 dish and heat in microwave oven at FULL POWER 1 minute.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to the chocolate-butter mixture, mixing all by hand.
Add vanilla.
Spread in 9" square pan. Scatter topping ingredients on top of batter in order given.
Microwave at FULL POWER 4-5 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes. Makes 1 cake.

Thanks for posting this amazing low fat cookie recipe! I posted a picture of my results. They were as good as they looked! Seriously, I had many people tell me that they were BETTER than "full fat" chocolate chip cookies! They're all begging me for the recipe!
