Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese soften
14 ounces milk, sweetened condensed
6 ounces chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1/2 cup milk, skim, evaporated no dilutition
3 ounces frozen orange juice concentrated thawed
1 x pie shell (9 inch) chocolate, 9 inches

Directions

Melt chocolate.

Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl.

Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then cooled, melted chocolate, then evaporated milk until until mixture is smooth.

Add orange juice concentrate; beat 1 minute on medium high speed.

Pour into pie shell. Freeze.

Note: for added zing you can substitute an orange liqueur such as Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec for the orange juice.
