| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | brown sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | oatmeal | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | cup | chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients and chips.
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets for 10 minutes.
Remove form sheet and cool.
Be sure and double this recipe. It only makes 2 dozen cookies, hardly worth getting the dishes dirty! But the cookies are tasty!
