| 1 | x | lime | or lemon juice |
| 1 | x | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | freshly grated |
Lots of chicken breasts (whatever will fit in your pan(s) Some of your favorite seasonings I usually use Sesame Oil soy Sauce Garlic paste Lime juice Freshly grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350-375. Prepare chicken breasts and place in cooking dish. Mix together seasonings and lightly brush on chicken. Cover chicken with a light coating of parmesan cheese. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn over chicken and re-season and re-cover with parmesan. Cook another 15 minutes.

This was very moist & tasty. I used about 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt & thought that it could use a little more.
