suggest servings
| 10 | ounces | broccoli, frozen | chopped |
| 4 | cups | chicken | cooked, diced |
| 2 | cans | soup, cream of chicken | undiluted |
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 4 | ounces | mushrooms, canned | sliced |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | curry powder | or more to taste |
| 3 | tablespoons | sherry | |
| 3/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
Cook the broccoli slightly in boiling water and spread it on the bottom of a gr eased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Stir together the chicken, soup, mayonnaise, mushroom s, curry powder, sherry, and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese and spread on top o f the broccoli.
Top with the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
Freeze.
When thawed, bake, covered, at 350 for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 20 minutes.
I made this for supper tnight, it is delicious & so easy to make. I love this web site. Just found it today. It's Great.

I made this for a pot luck about a year ago and I can still remember the AWESOME flavor of the sauce! I recently got married and I can't wait to make this for my husband!
