| 8 | each | pork chops | lean, 1 inch thick |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | can | soup, chicken and rice | |
| 1 | tablespoon | salt |
Dredge pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, and garlic powder.
Brown in oil in large skillet.
Place browned pork chops in crockpot. Add can of soup.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Not that I need an excuse to be naughty or indulgent, but with Halloween right around the corner I thought some wicked recipes...
This was a very good recipe!! It was really easy to make! I changed it a little bit by pouring spagetti sauce over the stuffed pepper and melted a thick layer of Provolone cheese on top. I put it over spagetti! Tasted GREAT!!!!!
