Ingredients

3 cups powdered sugar sifted
1/3 cup butter or margarune, softend
3 tablespoons cream
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoon orange rind, grated
3 tablespoons coffee fresh, strong
1/2 cup pineapple, canned crushed, drained

Directions

Blend confectioners' sugar and butter. Stir in until smooth one of the variations.

Canadian Cipate (C-Pout)

Haven't made this one yet, but ma belle-soeur (my sister-in-law) makes an outstanding cipate every Christmas Eve. I think you'll need more than one 9 inch pie crust for all the layers.
