| 1 | pound | ground beef | |
| 1 | each | onion | chopped |
| 1 | x | salt | to taste |
| 1 | clove | garlic | minced |
| 1 | package | taco shells | |
| 1 | cup | taco sauce | or green chili |
Saute' the beef and onion until brown.
Salt to taste. Add garlic if desired.
Place a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture in each shell and stuff with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Serve with the chili or taco sauce and top with sour cream or guacamole for an added treat.

This one was absolutely delicious! It was so good that the person I made it for was surprised I actually did it. I will be making it again tonight to prove to people I CAN cook. :) Lime sauce doesn't really add a lot, but the rest is FANTASTIC!
