| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | vinegar | |
| 2 | tablespoons | prepared mustard | dry |
| 3 | tablespoons | sugar | brown |
| 4 | tablespoons | chili sauce | |
| 8 | each | pork chops |
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish, cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, uncovering last 30 minutes. Water may be added to make gravy. Delicious with ribs also.
The chops were tender but the texture was that of the meat having been boiled, not baked. Almost like a stew! The taste was a wishy-washy bbq. Deserved minus 1 star!
