Ingredients

1 pound pork loin boned, trimmed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 x prepared mustard prepared
Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons sherry dry
1 teaspoon garlic minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions

Split pork loin in half lengthwise.

Place in Barbecued Pork Marinade to cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place wire rack above roasting pan. Place meat on rack and bake 40 minutes in oven.

Remove and let cool well. Slice pork thinly and arrange on platter.

Top with toasted sesame seeds and serve with prepared Colman's Mustard.
