| 2 | pounds | cream cheese | softened |
| 5 | jumbo | eggs | beaten and warmed in microwave for 25 seconds |
| 1 | cup | sugar | |
| 3 | teaspoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | banana | mashed |
| 1/4 | cup | cornstarch | |
| 1/2 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
Mix first three ingredients and pat into a 10 inch springform pan bottom and sides.
Beat the cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat some more. Add eggs, one at a time beating after each addition. Stir in sour cream, vanilla and cornstarch. Blend well. Stir in banana.
In a preheated 350 degree oven bake cake directly over a pan with one inch of water for 60 minutes or more until firm.
