This elegant appetizer spread comes together in a food processor by blending softened cream cheese with apricot jam until smooth.

Golden raisins get pulsed in just until combined, creating pockets of chewy sweetness throughout.

Transfer to a pretty bowl, chill for an hour to let flavors meld, then garnish with walnut halves before serving with crackers.

Kitchen Tips

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature for the smoothest blending
  • Pulse the raisins in with quick bursts to avoid over-processing
  • Try this spread on toasted bagels, graham crackers, or apple slices
