| 2 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | baking powder | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cloves | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | allspice | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | |
| 1/2 | cup | apple schnapps | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | applesauce | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1/2 | cup | nuts | chopped |
| 1 | cup | raisins, seedless | optional |
Cream butter, add applesuace and apple schnapps, beat well.
Add dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and beat for another 2 minutes.
Stir in nuts, and raisins. Grease and flour bundt pan.
Bake at 350~ for 45 -50 minutes.
Cool.
