8 slices bread french style, cubed
8 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
1 large granny smith apples peeled, sliced
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1 x powdered sugar
1 x almonds sliced
1 x maple syrup or other syrup

Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven about 35 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup.

Reviews

This was very good, and easy to make. Everyone at work loved it when I brought it to our potluck. I would suggest soaking the top layer of bread cubes in the egg mixture before putting them on top of the other layers, otherwise it's hard to get all of them covered. I might cut down a little on the cream cheese, too. It was a little rich. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Nice easy recipe, but next time I would use less salt. Didn't rise as I didn't have anywhere warm to leave it, but still made plenty and tasted great.
