This apple schnapps cake is what you bake when you want something boozy and impressive without a lot of fuss.

Applesauce and apple schnapps get creamed with butter, then you beat in the dry ingredients and eggs for a full 4 minutes to create an incredibly fine crumb.

Raisins and chopped nuts stir in last for bursts of sweetness and crunch throughout.

  • Beat the batter for the full 4 minutes (2 minutes after dry ingredients, 2 more after eggs) for the tenderest texture

Directions

Cream butter, add applesuace and apple schnapps, beat well.

Add dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.

Add eggs and beat for another 2 minutes.

Stir in nuts, and raisins. Grease and flour bundt pan.

Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 -50 minutes.

Cool.
