| 2 | tablespoons | celery seeds | |
| 1-1 1/2 | cup | vinegar | |
| 1-1 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 7 | medium | cucumbers | sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | salt | |
| 1 | x | onion | |
| 1 | x | green beans | or yellow |
Boil for 3 minutes 2 tablespoons celery seeds, 1 to 1 1/2 cups white vinegar and 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar and cool. Soak in 2 tablespoons salt for 1 hour cucumbers, then drain. Mix boiled mixture and all vegetables in large jar and refrigerate.
Sounds easy, I've been wanting to make pickles but everything takes days! Hope its good.
