Ingredients

1 pound beef chuck, lean, ground
1 each onion chopped
1 each kidney beans 12 oz can
1 each soup, tomato can, undiluted
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder or to taste
1 x red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) to taste

Directions

Brown the meat in a little butter and cook until the meat is brown - about 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients and let simmer for 30 minutes. Your choice of hot sauce may be added to taste.

Very easy, even for a beginner. I did add a half can of beer, twice as much chili powder and a coupld small garlic cloves.

This is a great recipe! We use soy crumbles instead of beef. Delicious!
