Quick, easy and inexpensive, also it was delicious. We bought lots of spinach, and made 1 cup of spinach-miso pesto, which was really tasty; then we toasted several slices of rosemary and olive oil bread that had been in freezer for a while, spread the pesto evenly on bread, then arrange a few slices of roasted pepper. It took less than half an hour for us to have this excellent crostini. it can be appetizer or snack.
