Another very tasty pea recipe! I used portobella instead of cremini, which still tasted good, just the color seemed a little bit dark. Mushrooms added the meaty and juicy texture, thyme gave the herbal and refreshing taste, and they both went very well with sweet baby peas. And it was so quick and easy to put everything together!
