Millet is an ancient grain grown since the earliest of times, first cultivated in China. Millet can be ground into flour or used similar to pearl barley. It is healthy and easy to digest. This small "grain" is gluten-free and packed with vitamins and minerals.
These edamame veggie burgers are delicious, filling and packed with goodness. If millet is not available, use quinoa instead. Whole Wheat bread crumbs works as well.
Like the name of the recipe, these veggie balls were absolutely wonderful. They came together nicely, and were packed with flavor. I have to say they are the best veggie balls I have ever had so far. I baked them in the oven for about 28 minutes to make them crisper on the outside.
