This casserole was scrumptious, the butternut squash and the sweet potatoes turned out soft, sweet and full of flavor; burglar gave the meaty texture and soaked all the delicious flavor; tomato, red wine and stock made a delicious base for this casserole.

Nothing is more cozy and satisfying than a bowl of hearty and warm stew on a chilly day. This chick pea and yam stew fits it perfectly. It was very flavorful and had lots of goodness. Warmed me up instantly and made my belly and palate very happy :)

A very clean and refreshing dish that's packed flavour. I used half fish sauce and half soy sauce, which actually worked deliciously well. If you love Thai food, you should definitely give this recipe a go. Five stars, no doubt.
I made these with splenda brand sweetner instead of sugar and they where delicious, even my boyfriend loved them it's a great way to reduce the calories. Super great for diabetics! Just sub splenda 1 cup instaed of sugar,and follow recipe as is.
