Made this cauliflower souffle for lunch today, and it was absolutely delicious. Also it was my first time to whip up a souffle, and it came out perfect.
Cheesy, fluffy, and packed with yumminess. I mashed the cooked cauliflower quite finely with some small chunks remained, which gave the fluffy souffle additional bites, and we really enjoyed and loved the combination.
Make it for breakfast, brunch, lunch or an impressive appetizer when you have company to come over.
