Herring recipes

I loved this recipe. I made this for my mom after her surgery and she loved it. I only used 1 box of spinach instead of 2 and I used real bacon and not bacon bits, other than that it was great!

My sister was kind enough to share her wonderful recipe with me. Serve over any type of cooked pasta.

I don't know how Carol came up with her meatloaf recipe but I want to thank her for it! It not only is incredibly delicious but is also soooo easy to make too...

Refreshing Herring Salad recipe

Thanksgiving comes to mind! Healthy and interesting recipe. From my MIL's recipes but I think she got this from her SIL! This could be a salad or a side dish and could be made a day ahead and brought to room temperature before serving.

I got this recipe out of a magazine a few years back and I have made it a lot. The person who submitted it said it won her a blue ribbon, she also said she was a six-time Pillsbury Bake-Off finalist. I had no way to confirm this but the recipe sounded good and when I tried it I loved it.

This peach crips are so delicious that I finish the whole thing within a day. I was inspired by "Cookie + Kate" (one of my favourite food bloggers, see her original recipe below). She always comes out amazing recipe ideas and beautiful photos. Don't forget to check her blog out if you love delicious and healthy food as much as I do.

My grandma used to make this carrot cake for me every year when I was at her place during summer vacation. It was the best carrot cake ever because it was packed with love :)
