This is based on a delicious Paula Deen chicken recipe. It makes a great appetizer and only uses 5 simple ingredients. I found the original recipe way too sweet so have modified it to be a bit less sweet and have added a spicy kick to balance out the sweetness.
These stuffed zucchini rolls were fantastic! Always want to find some good zucchini recipes, this is definitely the one. So easy to make! Love the juicy, creamy and tasty stuffing, which went perfectly well with chilled zucchini slices. Next time when we have company to come over, definitely will make these rolls again.

Cheesy, fluffy, and packed with yumminess. I mashed the cooked cauliflower quite finely with some small chunks remained, which gave the fluffy souffle additional bites, and we really enjoyed and loved the combination.
Rich and delicious. We used swiss instead of Gruyere and let out the monk fish using extra scallops. Loved the sauce, thick, creamy and rich with a subtle garlic flavor throughout. The creamy sauce enveloped the seafood stuffed crepes and then we topped them with some leftover sauce and a sprinkled on some parsley for color. Delicious, decadent breakfast. Fairly easy to make too.
