Prosciutto recipes

At a recent party everyone gobbled up this satisfying pasta salad loaded with marinated artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted pepper and tortellini. Literally packed with flavor.

Caramelized grilled figs and smoky prosciutto are a delicious pair, and you can find both of them in this salad, mixed with some peppery arugula, gouda cheese and tossed with a basil-roasted bell pepper vinaigrette.

Ricotta is mixed with potato, prosciutto and egg, and bake it like baking a bread in a loaf pan, the flavor is absolutely delicious; and it is served with grilled bacon, grilled bread and roasted cherry tomatoes.
