Turned out very well. I seasoned the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper before dipping in the flour and egg. The thin sauce added a nice tang. I also added a teaspoon of cornstarch blended in water to the sauce and cooked for about one minute to thicken up the sauce a bit.
Stuffed chicken breasts with ham and swiss cheese that's served with a mushroom sauce.
"Lobster Newberg. Also "lobster a la Newburg"...The dish was made famous at Delmonico's Restaurant in New York in 1876 when the recipe was brought to chef Charles Ranhofer by a West Indies sea captain named Ben Wenberg. It was an immediate hit, especially for after-theater suppers, and owner Charles Delmonico honored the capatain by naming the dish "lobster a la Wenberg." But later Wenberg and Delmonico had a falling-out, and the restauranteur took the dish off the menu, restoring it only by popular demand by renaming it "lobster a la Newberg," reversing the first three letters of the captain's name.

Fire up the wok and enjoy this succulent dish made with mushrooms, bamboo shoots and a bit of sherry.
Definitely a five star recipe. I used salami instead of ham, because that was all I had at the moment, and it came out delicious. If you are a big fan of Chinese food and would't mind cooking in your own kitchen, you should give it a go. By the way, chow fan (fun) is how Chinese say fried rice. Happy Cooking :)
Looks beautiful and tastes delicious! Carrot gives the nice and bright color, tarragon is a great pairing with carrot. Using cheddar cheese, milk, yogurt and egg makes a cheesy, creamy and quiche like filling, which goes very well with the tasty crust.
Creamy, rich and so flavorful. Didn't have pimento, used fresh sweet red pepper instead, nothing was sophisticated during the preparation, but the flavor was so impressive!
A scrumptious tuna casserole that's perfect to take with you to the next family gathering!
