Easy Baked Potato Soup recipe

This delicious BLT potato salad has all the right flavour and texture. Nobody could resist this tasty salad.

Turned out super crispy, loaded with cheese and bacon and seasoned to perfection.

It's hard to go wrong with a combination of bacon and cheddar, especially when it comes down to twice baked potatoes.

Wow this was fabulous. The brie melts so beautifully inside the omelette. Super creamy with bits of salty chewy bacon and crunchy nuts created layers of textures. I used walnuts instead of pecans and served with orange wedges.

Crispy potatoes create a "tortilla" that is topped with eggs and bacon. Perfect for an impressive Sunday breakfast.
