Absolutely delicious. First time I made an eggplant dip, and it was surprisingly tasty. The mixture of roasted bell peppers, eggplants, feta cheese, garlic and onion was so yummy and flavorful.

Rich and delicious. We used swiss instead of Gruyere and let out the monk fish using extra scallops. Loved the sauce, thick, creamy and rich with a subtle garlic flavor throughout. The creamy sauce enveloped the seafood stuffed crepes and then we topped them with some leftover sauce and a sprinkled on some parsley for color. Delicious, decadent breakfast. Fairly easy to make too.
These Mexican stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The recipe was very easy to follow, and these stuffed mushrooms were packed with yumminess. Absolutely enjoyed it, will be making these tasty bites again for sure!

A delicious way to enjoy cherry tomatoes. We have lots of cherry tomatoes growing at our backyard, they are juicy, sweet and screaming the ripeness to us. This recipe is a perfect fit, simple ingredients, easy to make, and it tastes absolutely delicious.
This version of the garlicky roasted eggplant dip does not have tahini in it as with a traditional version. While I really like an "authentic" baba ghanoush, I also enjoy the commercial Sabra brand, which uses mayo and some spices. It is slightly sweet and has a little kick. This is my rendition.
