Tahini recipes

Yesterday I brought these cookies to my husband's friend's bonfire, they disappeared quickly. Everyone loved them. Tahini actually tasted delicious in these cookies! Will be making these sweets again.

This version of the garlicky roasted eggplant dip does not have tahini in it as with a traditional version. While I really like an "authentic" baba ghanoush, I also enjoy the commercial Sabra brand, which uses mayo and some spices. It is slightly sweet and has a little kick. This is my rendition.

A delicious way to prepare pasta. Broccoli, carrots and cilantro brighten up the whole dish, and sesame sauce adds the delicious ceaminess and nuttiness, and all the yummy Asian flavor. It's an easy dish that's packed with flavors. Serve it as a side dish or a simply tasty main dish.
