An easy yet delicious recipe. I followed the recipe, and used whatever I had on hand. Then just mixed them up, and baked in the oven until the cheese was nicely browned. I let the casserole rest for about 10 minutes, then served it. Overall a great dish.
This quick and easy fried rice is very flavorful. The bell pepper, peas and carrots add some beautiful colors and crunchy texture into the fried rice, the Asian flavor from the sauce brings all the ingredients together and gives the fried rice tangy taste.
These were delicious! I don't like mushrooms so nixed those and used a broccoli/cauliflower mixture. Loved it; the added wine and garlic with all the veggies....yum. I believe I used 11 lasagna noodles; putting 1/3 cup of the mixture in each noodle was perfect.

Very easy to make, and packed with deliciousness. I ate it directly without anything else aside, like a whole meal for me. You can stir in one or two scrambled eggs at the end of the cooking to boost the protein.
This easy fried rice is also very versatile to make. You can use any other vegetables that you have on hand. Feel free to add some scrambled eggs if you want extra protein boost. The leftover can be kept in the fridge for at least two days.
Everyone in my house goes NUTS over these. They are easy to make (fool proof, really) and you can also freeze what you don't use for later use.
