This wonderful crispy phyllo tart is a great recipe especially for holidays or you have guests, you can use fresh or frozen spinach. The ricotta, feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes mix with spinach, adding eggs and egg whites, after baking, it is fantastic.

Creative presentation and tastes so good! We like to make these for a St. Patrick's Day breakfast to add a bit of Irish green to the plate.

This is one of the best butternut squash casserole I have ever made. There were lots of flavors and textures going on. We made half of the recipe, I added some buttermilk powder into milk to make the buttermilk and used the dried thyme, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. It came out cheesy, sweet and tasty, but not too feeling heavy or rich afterwords, definitely a keeper!

Cheesy and delicious! This lasagna will satisfy both of your palate and tummy. For a healthier result, use whole wheat lasagna instead.
