Last Christmas I made these cookies for my family, they all told me how delicious and pretty they were. I will definitely make these delicious cookies for every Christmas.

We took these tartlets with us to our friends place to dinner, they disappeared quickly, and they were so tasty, almond crust was a hit, and whole milk custard turned out creamy and delicious. Definitely a keeper!

Light and packed with strawberry flavor. Make this delicious cake with seasonal strawberries, if you can find organic ones, the cake would taste more strawberry-y. Only 1/2 cup flour in the cake, and almost fat-free and guilt-free. Enjoy :)

In a word, stunning... very easy to make and simple ingredients. I did not have an ice cream making machine, but felt I did'nt need one. Will be a firm favourite in my household, thankyou for your submission.
