Like the name of the recipe, these veggie balls were absolutely wonderful. They came together nicely, and were packed with flavor. I have to say they are the best veggie balls I have ever had so far. I baked them in the oven for about 28 minutes to make them crisper on the outside.
This Greek-style spinach pie was absolutely delicious! The cheese mixture of ricotta and feta was moist and cheesy, which gave the pie lots of flavors; sauteed mushrooms, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes were a great combination. The phyllo came out golden brown and crispy. This pie can be served as a lighter main dish or an elegant appetizer.
Much better than classic Macaroni and Cheese. This version still has lots of cheesy flavor but is baked with juicy tomatoes and lots of mushrooms. Serve with a simple salad and make with whole wheat macaroni for a serious boost to the health value that's packed with flavor. A great family casserole.
