These delicious pancakes are made with whole wheat and buckwheat flours, soy milk and mashed banans; then topped with maple glazed toasted almonds. Who can say no to this yummy, energetic yet healthy breakfast.
Like the name of the recipe, these veggie balls were absolutely wonderful. They came together like balls nicely, and they were packed with flavors. I have to say they are the best veggie balls I have ever had so far. I baked them in the oven for about 28 minutes to make them crisper on the outside.

My craving for Korean food has officially come back to life again, and this was the dish I made for dinner yesterday. Instead of using cooked rice that traditional bibimbap does, this time I cooked soba noodles instead. Sauteed a few veggies that I had on hand separately, tossed with the spicy Korean chili sauce and a bit ketchup, and served with homemade kimchi. YUM!
