This salad is absolutely delicious, after marinating for 3 hours, the salad turned out super tasty, instead of boiling, I steamed broccoli for about 4 minutes until it became tender but still crunchy inside, then put into the iced water right away, maintaining the green colour, also I used cilantro instead of parsley, marinated for about 4 hours, the salad was really good, definitely will make it again.
